FIFO Shift Schedule: 13 days on / 13 days off
Job Description:
Newmont is hiring Warehouse Technicians for the Brucejack Gold Mine in Northern BC. This fly-in/fly-out role includes camp accommodations with private rooms, meals, recreation facilities, and transportation provided from hubs across Western Canada. Pay ranges from $48.84–$55.91/hour. Responsibilities include shipping and receiving materials, operating warehouse equipment (forklift, reach truck, loader, pallet jack), maintaining accurate inventory records, entering data into logistics systems, and supporting day-to-day warehousing and site projects.
Requirements:
- Red Seal Journeyperson Parts Technician certification
- Warehousing experience in mining or industrial setting preferred
- Experience operating forklifts, loaders, and pallet jacks
- SAP or similar inventory system experience an asset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
- Safety-focused team player with strong organizational skills
- Must pass pre-employment drug & alcohol testing
