Job Description:
Dumas is hiring Underground Electricians for the Bradshaw Mine in Timmins, ON. In this role, you will:
- Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications
- Install, examine, replace, or repair electrical wiring, conduits, feeders, fiber-optic/coaxial cable assemblies, and lighting fixtures
- Test electrical and electronic equipment and components for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial electrical and electronic control systems
- Ensure all work complies with safety, health, and environmental regulations
Requirements:
- Ontario Basic Underground Hard Rock Mining Modules
- Ontario Hard Rock Mining Supervisory Common Core (or equivalent experience)
- Electrical Red Seal Journeyman certification
- Minimum 5 years of underground electrical experience
- Outstanding safety record
