FIFO Shift Schedule: 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off (12-hour shifts, days and nights)

Job Description:
Major Drilling, one of Canada’s leading diamond drilling companies, is hiring Underground Diamond Driller Assistants for projects across the country, including Porcupine, ON. This fly-in fly-out contract role offers excellent training and long-term career development in the drilling industry.

Key responsibilities include assisting with underground drilling operations, performing physically demanding tasks such as heavy lifting and repetitive work, and ensuring compliance with strict safety standards. Candidates must be safety-conscious, mechanically inclined, physically fit, and able to work extended shifts in a camp setting.

A valid driver’s license is required. Common Core modules are an asset, and applicants must be able to pass a drug/alcohol screen and fit-for-duty test.
