Job Description:
Agnico Eagle is hiring a Trainer for the Meliadine Mine in Nunavut. This fly-in fly-out role is part of the Training Department and is responsible for delivering and coordinating training programs across health & safety, equipment, and processes.

Key responsibilities include conducting training sessions, planning and organizing evaluations with relevant departments, verifying and updating training content, assisting in operator assessments and promotions, and tracking training records through company platforms. The role also involves participating in daily team meetings and ensuring compliance with company training standards.

Candidates should have a high school diploma (post-secondary technical or industrial education is an asset), 2–5 years of industrial training experience (mining or processing preferred), and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A Train-the-Trainer certification is considered an asset.
