Job Description:
Agnico Eagle is hiring an Underground Mine Supervisor for the Meadowbank Complex in Nunavut. This fly-in fly-out role is responsible for leading the underground mining team, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.

Key duties include preparing shift lineups, overseeing safety audits and incident investigations, ensuring employee training and certification compliance, enforcing safety and work procedures, and maintaining accurate shift logs, reports, and timesheets. The Supervisor will also coordinate with technical and operations teams to achieve production goals.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of mining industry experience and 2 years in a leadership role, with strong organizational and planning skills. A Level 2 Supervisor Certification (or eligibility), valid first aid certificate, and strong Microsoft Office skills are required. Post-secondary mining education is considered an asset.
