Job Description:
Skeena Gold + Silver Limited is hiring a Construction Supervisor for the Eskay Creek Mine site in northwest British Columbia. This is a remote, site-based camp position on a rotational schedule.

The Supervisor will oversee crews of 10+ workers in an open-pit mining environment, ensuring safe and efficient operations. Key responsibilities include leading toolbox meetings, conducting incident investigations, supervising heavy equipment operations, managing crew lineups, timecards, and daily reports, and ensuring compliance with BC mine safety regulations.

Candidates must hold a BC Mines Supervisor Certification and a BC Mine Shift Boss Ticket, with 1–5+ years of supervisory experience in open-pit mining or heavy civil earthworks.
