FIFO Shift Schedule: 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off

Job Description:
Remote Camp Attendants play a key role in maintaining clean, safe, and comfortable camp environments. Working independently and as part of a team, you’ll ensure camp facilities meet cleanliness and hygiene standards in a fast-paced, remote setting.

This is a camp-based role with accommodations provided. You’ll support daily operations by maintaining living and common areas to a high standard while demonstrating strong organization and customer service skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, locker rooms, and common areas
  • Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
  • Cleaning windows, mirrors, furniture, and fixtures
  • Emptying trash and recycling bins
  • Operating janitorial equipment (floor scrubbers, polishers, vacuums)
  • Maintaining janitorial supplies and organized workspaces
  • Reporting maintenance issues to appropriate personnel
  • Prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Working independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Maintaining a positive, service-oriented attitude

Qualifications & experience:

  • Previous experience in camp, hotel, institutional, or commercial cleaning environments (preferred)
  • Knowledge of janitorial cleaning procedures, chemicals, and products
  • WHMIS certification
  • Strong English reading and writing skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
