Job Description:
An underground mining operation in Northern Ontario is hiring multiple Loader (Scoop) Operators to join their established team. This fly-in fly-out role involves safe and efficient operation of underground loading units, including Sandvik 517’s and similar equipment.

Key responsibilities include mucking development headings and stockpiles (manual and remote), loading haul trucks with ore or waste, mucking sumps, maintaining roadways, coordinating haulage traffic, and completing accurate daily plods. Operators must also identify unsafe conditions and ensure safe practices underground.

Candidates must hold a high school diploma (or equivalent), Underground Common Core with specialty modules, and have a minimum of 8 years’ underground mining experience in production or development. Experience with Atlas Copco, Sandvik, or Cat loaders is an asset.
