FIFO Shift Schedule: 14 days on / 7 days off

Job Description:
Labourers play a foundational role in supporting skilled trades and construction activities on large-scale industrial projects. Working within Strike’s Project Group, this role provides hands-on support across piping, civil, and equipment operations while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards and site procedures.

This position is execution-focused and physically demanding, requiring reliability, situational awareness, and a disciplined safety mindset.

This is a fly-in/fly-out camp-based role at the Mount Bracey Compressor Station near Prince George. Meals, accommodations, and travel are provided, along with shift-based travel pay and camp retention incentives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and reporting hazards or unsafe work practices
  • Assisting with installation, testing, and rigging of pipe spools and materials
  • Cleaning construction work areas and fueling equipment as required
  • Supporting equipment operators and civil crews with grading and excavation activities
  • Assisting heavy equipment operators with securing attachments and signaling movements
  • Participating in pre-job toolbox meetings and hazard assessments
  • Ensuring proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Returning tools to designated areas at the end of each shift
  • Performing additional labour activities as directed
