FIFO Shift Schedule: 15 days on / 13 days off

The Health & Safety Manager is responsible for leading and executing site-wide health and safety programs at a remote mine site. This role drives regulatory compliance, incident management, emergency response, and safety culture across site operations and contractors.

This is a fly-in/fly-out camp role with accommodations, meals, and travel provided.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading site health and safety programs and continuous improvement
  • Ensuring compliance with provincial safety regulations
  • Managing incidents, investigations, and corrective actions
  • Overseeing emergency response planning
  • Delivering site-wide safety training and messaging
  • Leading the site safety team
  • Managing industrial hygiene, occupational health, and site security
