Job Description:
Morgan Construction and Environmental Ltd. is hiring a Health and Safety Advisor for projects in the Fort McMurray area. In this field-based role, you’ll deliver orientations, lead safety meetings, conduct site inspections, investigate incidents, and support a culture of safety excellence.

This position requires 5+ years of safety advisor experience in heavy civil or equipment operations, an NCSO or OH&S designation, valid safety certifications, and flexibility to work day or night shifts in remote environments. Candidates must be comfortable working in all weather conditions on a 14/14 rotation.
