FIFO Shift Schedule: 14 days on, 14 days off

Job Description:
Morgan Construction and Environmental Ltd. is seeking skilled Grader Operators for its Alberta projects. Work will include road construction and maintenance, pad building, reclamation, and gravel/limestone grading.

Candidates must bring at least 3 years of grader operating experience, with proven ability to follow grade plans and specifications. Safety tickets and pre-employment testing are mandatory. Operators must be comfortable with 12-hour shifts in remote camp settings and in all weather conditions.
