Job Description:
Dexterra Group is hiring General Helpers for remote camp operations in Northwestern Ontario. Camp accommodations include private rooms, meals, Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, gym, and common areas. Pay starts at $19.10/hour. Responsibilities include kitchen and dining support, cleaning and sanitizing work areas, stocking food and supplies, disposing of waste and recyclables, assisting with food production, and receiving and storing supplies.
Requirements:
- Experience assisting in large-scale kitchens (camp, hotel, banquet) an asset
- Food Safe certification an asset
- Ability to work 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation
- Must have valid government-issued photo ID for site travel
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, stand/walk for long periods, and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Team-oriented with strong client service focus
