FIFO Shift Schedule: 14 days on, 14 days off

Job Description:
Major Drilling Group International Inc. is hiring experienced Surface Diamond Drillers for full-time, 2-year roles on projects across Canada. Responsibilities include operating tracked/truck-mounted rotary and air-track drills, drilling to specified depths and patterns, setting up rigs safely, completing Drill Reports, ensuring samples/cores meet client specs, loading blast holes (where applicable), and leading/mentoring crew members.

Requirements: minimum 2 years’ diamond drilling experience, valid driver’s license, ability to pass drug/alcohol testing, physical fitness, strong communication and basic math skills; mechanical aptitude and First Aid Level C (or willingness to obtain) preferred.

Compensation: $25–$34/hour (approx. 88 hrs/week) with medical, dental, vision benefits. Staff accommodation and meals provided.
