FIFO Shift Schedule: 14 days on / 14 days off

Job Description:
Carpenters support residential and commercial construction projects across remote sites in the Tłı̨chǫ Region. In this role, you’ll contribute to building and maintaining meaningful infrastructure while upholding high standards of safety, craftsmanship, and cultural respect.

This is a fly-in/fly-out role with rotational scheduling. You’ll work on-site as part of a team that values mentorship, quality workmanship, and positive community impact.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting residential and commercial construction projects at remote sites
  • Performing carpentry work in accordance with safety and quality standards
  • Collaborating with team members to meet project timelines
  • Upholding a respectful, professional approach when working within Northern and Indigenous communities

Qualifications & experience:

  • Journeyperson Carpenter certification
  • Experience working on construction projects in remote or on-site environments
  • Strong commitment to safety and craftsmanship
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
