Job Description: The Inventory Analyst supports inventory management and warehouse operations for B2Gold’s Nunavut operations. This is a fly-in/fly-out role based in Nunavut, working on a rotational schedule. Reporting to the Inventory Management Specialist, the position focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing stock levels, and supporting data integrity across warehouse systems while collaborating with site teams to uphold standardized inventory practices and safety requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
Reviewing and validating material master data in line with company standards Monitoring and adjusting inventory Min/Max levels in collaboration with planners and end-users Supporting purchase requisitions to ensure availability of critical spares Maintaining inventory accuracy through bin inspections, labeling, duplicate control, and inactive stock review Processing returns and supporting warehouse space optimization Managing item photographs and executing SAP inventory transactions Preparing scheduled and ad hoc inventory reports Collaborating with warehouse teams to standardize practices and support training initiatives Adhering to established inventory, safety, and operational procedures
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of warehouse or inventory experience in mining, industrial, or heavy industry environments Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or equivalent, or Parts/Materials Technician journeyperson certification Proficiency in SAP Materials Management Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook Eligibility to work in Canada
