FIFO Shift Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off (rotating days and nights)

Job Description:
Field Operators support daily production operations for a major oil and gas producer in the Slave Lake, Alberta area. Working in a fly-in/fly-out camp-based environment, you’ll operate and monitor field equipment while ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable production activities.

This is a camp role with accommodations provided. The position requires strong technical experience, a disciplined work ethic, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key responsibilities include:

Operating and monitoring field production equipment

Working with sweet pumping oil and screw pump systems

Supporting wellsite and facility operations

Performing duties in compliance with safety and operational standards

Working rotating day and night shifts on a 7/7 schedule

Qualifications & requirements:

Minimum 5 years of field operating experience with sweet pumping oil and screw pumps

Completion of GPOs and/or PFOs (asset)

Valid driver’s license (non-GDL) with a clean driver’s abstract

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test

H2S Alive and Standard First Aid certification

Common Safety Orientation (CSO)

Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or in a team environment
