FIFO Shift Schedule: 7/7 Rotation

Job Description:
Wesdome Gold Mines is seeking a Crusher Operator for the Eagle River Mill in Wawa, ON. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining crushing equipment to ensure safe and efficient processing of ore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor apron feeder, cone crusher, jaw crusher, and conveyors
• Feed ore into the system, adjust settings for proper sizing, and direct material flow
• Perform pre-operational checks and minor maintenance tasks
• Maintain cleanliness of crushers, conveyors, and work areas
• Keep accurate records of production, performance, and equipment issues
• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE
• Assist with training new employees and support mill operations as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma (technical/vocational training an asset)
• Experience with crushers, feeders, conveyors, or similar equipment in mining/aggregate operations
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Knowledge of safety protocols in mining or heavy equipment work
• Good communication and teamwork skills
