Dumas is hiring a Development Lead Miner for the Bell Creek Mine in Timmins, ON. In this role, you will:
- Lead a development crew to safe and successful results
- Cycle a full round according to the mining plan with minimal dilution
- Operate the Jumbo safely and efficiently
- Construct and maintain underground installations as the face advances
- Organize muck removal from the work area
Requirements:
- Strong safety record
- Ontario Basic Underground Hard Rock Mining Specialty Module – U0089 (or equivalent; soft rock not accepted)
- Minimum 3 years of Jumbo operating experience
- Ability to cycle a full round
- Proven leadership experience with a development crew
