Job Description:
A major underground mining operation in Ontario is hiring a Mine Trainer to lead and deliver competency-based training across all underground roles and equipment. This fly-in fly-out (or drive-in/drive-out) role is critical to building a safety-first culture, onboarding new hires, and supporting experienced operators through refresher and specialty training.

Key responsibilities include delivering Underground Common Core and specialty module training, onboarding new employees, maintaining accurate training records, coaching peer trainers for consistent delivery, monitoring progression against the site training matrix, and collaborating with HSE and Operations teams to standardize best practices. Trainers also contribute to continuous improvement by refining training content, cadence, and delivery methods.
