Job Description:
A well-established underground mining operation in Northern Ontario is hiring experienced Grader Operators. This fly-in fly-out role is essential for maintaining safe and efficient underground travel ways to support ongoing production.

Key responsibilities include grading and maintaining roads, ramps, and levels; placing roadbed material; managing windrows; coordinating underground traffic; inspecting and cleaning equipment; and reporting hazards promptly. Operators may also run other heavy equipment and support underground operations as required.

Candidates must have prior underground grader operating experience (CAT 135 preferred), a high school diploma (or equivalent), and a strong commitment to safety. Hard Rock Mining Common Core certification is an asset, though training can be arranged. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to work independently in underground conditions.
