Job Description:
Agnico Eagle is seeking a Reliability Specialist, Mobile Maintenance, to join the Maintenance Department at the Meadowbank Complex in Nunavut. This fly-in fly-out role focuses on ensuring mobile mine equipment remains safe, reliable, and cost-effective.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and enhancing maintenance strategies (preventive, corrective, CBM), analyzing critical equipment failures, conducting root cause and reliability analyses (RCM, FMEA), supporting production and maintenance teams with technical expertise, leading KPI implementation, contributing to budgets and life-of-mine planning, and recommending spare parts and inventory revisions.

Candidates must hold a Mechanical Engineering degree (or equivalent) with at least 5 years of reliability experience in mobile equipment. Mining experience is considered an asset. Strong skills in process improvement, failure analysis, and Microsoft Office applications are required.
