FIFO Shift Schedule: 14 days on / 14 days off (Tuesday fly day, 11-hour shifts)

Job Description:
Orano is building a talent pool for upcoming General Maintenance Operator positions at McClean Lake Mine. These roles support site services, heavy equipment operation, and general maintenance activities. Priority will be given to qualified Athabasca residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate heavy equipment for earth-moving projects (haul truck, loader, excavator, dozer)

Operate light/medium equipment for site services (gravel truck, water truck, vacuum truck, grader, forklift, bus, etc.)

Perform manual labour to support operations, including clean-up, hauling, stacking materials, and assisting trades staff

Ensure safe, compliant operation of all equipment

Support Orano’s Operational Excellence initiatives and safety culture
