Job Description:
Based at Orano’s McClean Lake Operation, the Administrative Supervisor leads and develops the site’s administrative team while supporting HR, logistics, and scheduling functions. This role ensures efficient camp and travel coordination, manages reports, supports HR processes, and organizes mine and mill tours. The successful candidate will balance leadership with hands-on administrative coverage to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and develop administrative staff, setting annual goals and objectives
- Provide HR support including wage progressions, disability claims, timecard audits, and reporting
- Monitor mine flight schedules, capacity, and usage; recommend adjustments as required
- Develop, implement, and maintain logistics and administrative policies and procedures
- Coordinate mine/mill tours (transportation, lodging, food, gifts, etc.)
- Provide coverage for administrative and logistics duties, including room assignments, reception, and ordering supplies
- Support Operational Excellence culture and compliance with Orano’s health, safety, and environmental standards

Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills with experience supervising or leading administrative staff
- Background in HR administration or logistics coordination an asset
- Proficiency with scheduling, reporting, and office systems
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Flexible to provide coverage for administrative tasks as needed
Camp & Travel:
- Fly-in fly-out to McClean Lake site
- Camp accommodations and meals provided during rotation
- Travel days and schedules may vary depending on operational needs
