Job Description:
Newmont is hiring a Mill Operations Superintendent for the Brucejack Mine in Northern BC. This fly-in/fly-out role includes camp accommodations with private rooms, meals, recreation facilities, and transportation from hubs across Western Canada. The salary range is $145,350–$198,800 annually. Responsibilities include leading mill, metallurgical, and water treatment operations; mentoring supervisors and metallurgists; ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards; managing budgets and reporting; and coordinating with maintenance teams to maximize production efficiency.

Requirements:

• Experience in mineral processing within a production facility
• Strong leadership skills and proven team management success
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• Post-secondary education preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical, background, and drug/alcohol testing
