Job Description:
Skeena Gold + Silver is hiring Mining Excavator Operators for its Eskay Creek Revitalization Project in Northwestern BC. Reporting to the Supervisors, Earthworks and Pit, this role involves safe and efficient operation of large 200t and 400t mining excavators for open-pit bulk mining.

Operators will manage dig faces, maintain floors, load trucks efficiently, and complete pre-operational checks. Duties also include assisting maintenance crews, keeping equipment clean, completing shift paperwork (FLHAs, JHAs, inspection sheets, load sheets), and adhering to Skeena’s strong safety culture. Familiarity with High Precision GPS guidance systems is preferred.

This is a seasonal role with strong potential for contract renewal in 2026 and possible full-time employment.
